Tennessee Firearms Foundation – John Rich Hosted Event – April 24, 2025

The Tennessee Firearms Foundation, Inc. is holding a charity fundraising event on April 24, 2025, with John Rich. Tickets to the event are $1,000 per person. Sponsorships are available and the most common levels so far are $5,000, $10,000, $20,000 and $50,000 but larger sponsorships are welcome! If you are interested in tickets or a sponsorship for this event, please contact John Harris ( johnharris@tennesseefirearms.com ).

You might ask what exactly will the Tennessee Firearms Foundation do with the proceeds? Aside from public speaking and education efforts, TFF uses the funds to help cover the costs of defending the rights of Tennesseans in the courts. Some of these lawsuits address federal laws and ATF regulations that impact Tennesseans. However, some of the lawsuits are directed at existing Tennessee laws and even local government charter amendments. In some of the litigation, TFA and TFF are named parties, in some we help finance the litigation and in others we are filing amicus (“friend of the court”) briefs in support of one party or another.

Here is a list of just a few of the lawsuits where we are working to restore your rights and remove federal, state and local infringements. This short list is only of cases that are pending before the United States Supreme Court and it represents only those cases in which pleadings have been filed since January 1, 2024.
